15th Annual Vilano Bridge 5K Run / Walk

you haven’t quit training on the Vilano Bridge now that the Gate River Run is over have you? because the 15th annual Vilano Bridge 5k will be held on May 7th at 8am. the race starts and finishes behind North Shores Community Center.

this race is being timed by ACRR and volunteers are needed. if you are able to help see ACRR Prez David Beck in person or on the forum.

the Ragnar Relay is happening ~~right now!~~ ACRR has submitted both a men’s and women’s team and the men’s team is attempting to set the state record. follow the action on the ACRR discussion board. update– the men’ team came in first and the women’s came in second.

2010 Mickler Mile Results

…and on a hot a humid Memorial Day morning the Mickler Mile was run…

Flagler 5k Results

the 2nd annual flagler 5k in anastasia state park went off without a hitch. the event was put on by the flagler college women’s cross country team and grew from just over 100 runners last year to nearing 150 this year.
