update –a car pool will be meeting at the carousel at 5:45 am and leaving no later than 6 am.

With the 2011 Gate River Run being a few short days away I hope everyone has gotten in enough Vilano Bridge repeats!

This year’s ACRR exclusive area features Porta-Potties, beer, massages, a changing area, soda, water, utensils, cups, napkins, etc. If you are going to be there you may want to bring a chair and a food item to share.

Remember — Only current club members can enter the reserved ACRR area. if you are not sure if your membership is up to date you can check this list or contact matanzas5k@gmail.com with any questions.

St. Augustine’s largest 5k, the Matanzas 5000, is only a week away and this year we are hoping to shatter last year’s record of almost 1,700 finishers! So register early and plan to pick up your packet Friday night at the Expo. This year the packet will include an exclusive tote bag provided by the title sponsor First Coast Rehabilitation.
