Fall Hash Run 2009

Last Saturday’s Fall Hash Run, theme — Hollyweird, was a success. Everyone had a blast and most importantly, no weddings were disturbed.

Thank you Peggahontas, Olive Oyl, Shipwreck and the supporting crew for a great event.

Get ready for Shut Up & Run and the multiple meals you will be eating on Thanksgiving by participating in the St. Augustine Family YMCA’s Duathalon!  Choose Monday night, the 26th or Tuesday morning, the 27th to RUN 2 miles on Pope Road, BIKE 30 minutes inside the Y, and finish with a 2 mile RUN.  It’s only $5, and the proceeds help the YMCA kids programs.  Besides, between The Shut Up and Run, and this Duathalon, you might just get to eat and EXTRA piece of pie!!!  You must RSVP to participate! Our summer social has been scheduled for August 1st. It will be at the St. Augustine Beach Pier Pavilion. Bring the whole family as there will be volleyball, the splash park and of course the beach.

The club will provide the beverages. We just ask everyone to please bring a food dish.

We will post more details as the date approaches.

The 3rd Annual Mickler Mile (Mile o’ Pain) is on May 25th at 7:30, at the Northern end of Mickler.

Entry fee is  $10 and you can pay on race day.
